Depending on your device, it can be a tablet or computer with a video, you will then be asked if you want to Download the APP or use Web Browser. Click on Browser. This will take you into the meeting and you then select, Join the meeting. If you don’t need to use the APP, Join as a guest.
If you need to use a phone you may need to follow the instructions to download the APP. It is free and doesn’t take long. Your phone privacy settings may stop video so you may need to update first.
When you join the meeting please select the mute button when others are speaking to avoid any echos or excessive noise. There is a chat feature that can be utilised to communicate any questions when conversations are in place. If the quality of the video is poor I suggest that you also leave video off until you speak.
