We employ Aboriginal LACs to work, in community, with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their families and carers to connect to the NDIS. Our Aboriginal LACs provide cultural support and safety for your mob. If you want support from an Aboriginal LAC, please let us know.
Please note: when we refer to Aboriginal Supports we are being inclusive of providing supports to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Aboriginal LACs regularly attend community events so that community can come and have a yarn about the NDIS. We can help you:
understand and access the NDIS
check your NDIS plan
know your rights when working with service providers
connect you to other community groups
