If you are eligible for an NDIS support plan, your LAC will have a conversation with you about your current situation, supports, and goals to help develop your plan.
While you work with your LAC to develop your NDIS plan, all plans must be approved by the NDIA. After it is approved, you will receive your plan either in person or in the mail, and through the myplace portal.
For more information on process for creating and having your plan approved go to the NDIS website.
Your plan review is an opportunity for you to check if your supports are working for you and they are helping you work towards, and achieve your goals.
Your first NDIS plan review usually falls 12 months after your plan started. Your LAC will contact you at least six weeks prior and guide you through the process and how to prepare for your plan review meeting.
For more information on reviewing your plan go the NDIS website.
